Apply directly above the lashes on the mobile eyelid for a precise line.
Apply the eyeliner flush to the lash line/interior of the eye, pressing gently against the mucous membrane with short, gentle strokes.
Repeat the operation to achieve the desired intensity.
Combine with High Impact™ High-Fi Full Volume Mascara and High Impact Shadow Play™ for an intense look.
