FAQ™ - Advanced Anti-Aging Neck and Décolleté LED Mask - 8 Leds

- Near-infrared LED (850 nm) - Helps reduce sun spots, wrinkles and sagging skin.

1. Start with clean, dry skin, and apply your primer FAQ™ on the neck and décolleté, if desired. Then place your LED 211 mask FAQ™ on the front of your neck and décolleté, or on the back of your neck and upper back. Secure it in place with the gold neck chain.

2.  Press the universal power button to switch on your mask. You can change the LED colors by quickly pressing the button again. You can also access pre-programmed treatments and more settings via the FAQ™ Swiss app. Download the app here.

3.  Enjoy your LED treatment for up to 15 minutes, while you get on with your day. When finished, press the universal power button for 3 seconds to turn off your mask.


- We recommend using this mask for 5 to 15 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week.
- We recommend using the primer FAQ™ primer with the LED 211 mask from FAQ™ because of its powerful anti-aging properties. You can use your own skincare instead, if you wish. However, do NOT use skin care products containing silicones or acids, or photosensitive ingredients such as vitamin A, retinol/retinoids, AHAs, benzoyl peroxide and vitamin C.

- Cleaning instructions: Always thoroughly clean your LED mask FAQ™ after use. For best results, we recommend first spraying the mask with silicone cleaning spray FAQ™ then carefully wipe off any remaining residue with a damp, lint-free cloth or towel. NOTE: this product is NOT 100% waterproof, so do not wash it under running water. Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone.
