In 1948, designer Marcel rochas asked master perfumer Edmond Roudtniska to create a more modern version ofeau de Cologne The parfum Eau de Roche for women was born. At the time, Hélène Rochas called on perfumer Nicolas Mamounas to create the olfactory composition of the fragrance parfum The result was a cult fragrance that has remained unchanged ever since. The fragrance ofEau de Rochas opens with top notes of bergamot, lemon, mandarin and verbena. At once sweet and tangy, citrus provides a sensation of elegant freshness. Next, the heart note features a floral bouquet organized around the scents of narcissus, rose and jasmine.
