Shake the roller well, then apply to aching joints or muscles (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, calves, ankles, feet...), 3 times a day.
The roller's ball provides a natural, simple massage that helps muscles relax. If you feel the need, the massage can be reinforced manually with the product that has been delivered during the roller's passage.
