L'eau de toilette Un Jardin sur le Toit tells the story of a hidden garden, nestled in the heart of the city of Paris. The roof of the house at Hermès 24, rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré. Created by perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena in 2011, this parfum pays homage to this garden of pleasure and celebration.

Fruity and vegetal, l'eau de toilette Un Jardin sur le Toit brings a crisp apple tree into the Paris air, alongside the notes of a juicy pear tree.

THE OBJECT
Designed by Fred Rawyler, the bottle is inspired by the lines of old-fashioned car lanterns. The bottle's glass comes to life in a bright, luminous green. Family member Hermès Philippe Dumas illustrates this garden, depicted on the case with an unobstructed view of the city.
