1. Using the pencil, draw small upward strokes to outline and define brows. Keep the outer ends of the brows darker and the top of the brows lighter for a more natural look.
2. Using the gel, glide the brush from the inside to the outside of the eyebrow.
3. Add a second coat for a fuller look.
