This Spray with essential oils for atmospheric use is used against winter discomforts (colds) and seasonal sensitivities (allergies, rhinitis)
- 1 to 3 sprays in the air as an atmospheric dispersion
- 1 spray on a handkerchief to breathe in.
- 1 spray in a bowl of hot, non-boiling water to release aromatic vapors.
