Shake well before each use.
Adults: 2 sprays per nostril (maximum 5 times / day).
Children (> 3 years): 1 spray per nostril (maximum 5 times / day).
Use within two weeks of opening.

Not recommended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people hyper-sensitized to any of the following constituents: echinacea, propolis, rosemary floral water, essential oils (ravintsara, rose geranium, eucalyptus radiata, niaouli), sea water, limonene, citronellol, geraniol, linalool and citral. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Not recommended for people with a history of con- vulsive or epileptic disorders.
