For use on the body:
Gently massage the whole body into dry or wet skin.

For use on the hair:
Massage on dry or fresh hair, leave for 15-20 minutes, go for shampooing and then rinse. Alternatively, apply a small amount to the hair edges after shampooing. No rinse is required in this case.
