Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner - Long Lasting Eyeliner Gel

Highly pigmented, this gel formula delivers intense, easy-to-achieve, long-wearing looks.

Dip the tip of the Ultra Fine Eyeliner brush (sold separately) into the Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, making sure to cover both sides of the brush. Wipe off any excess on a cloth. Working quickly, apply the liner in small, even strokes near the lash line, from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
