Apply generously on the painful areas, after sun exposure. Ideally, apply the after-sun cream each evening after shower. Repeat the treatment during 4 to 5 days after the sunburn.

Sun can be dangerous. In case of sunburn, you should expose as little time as possible and protect your skin with a high factor suncreen (SPF 50).
