1) Shampoo: apply to damp hair. Work into a lather, massage gently and rinse thoroughly.
2) Mask: for best results, apply to towel-dried hair after shampooing. Leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
3) Oil: as a finishing touch on wet or dry hair, apply 1-2 pumps of Oil Reflections oil to the palms of your hands and distribute evenly over mid-lengths and ends.
