Bi-Facil - Non-Oily Instant Eye Makeup Remover 125 ml

Shake the bottle of Bi-Facil before use to activate its two-phase formula. Soak a cotton pad until it turns blue, place it on the eyes for a few seconds and then gently glide it over the eye, from top to bottom, to remove all traces of make-up.
