Adults and children aged 7 and over: For children (aged 7 to 12), application must be supervised by an adult; ask a healthcare professional for advice beforehand.
Shake the roller well, then apply to aching joints or muscles (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, etc.). Up to 3 times a day. The roller's massaging ball is ideal for self-massage of painful areas for temporary pain relief. You can also use more product and supplement with a manual massage, in which case wash your hands after use.
