Articulations & Muscles - Arnica Friction

Shake the Arnica Friction ?acon before use.
As a friction: pour into the palm of the hand and apply once a day to the areas concerned.
As a compress: apply to the areas concerned with a cotton pad or compress soaked in friction, once a day to the areas concerned. Do not use orally.
Wash hands after application.
After exercise: massage deeper to relax, soften and prevent tension.

Arnica Friction is for adults only. Do not use on pregnant or breast-feeding women, or on people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the constituents. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. If signs persist for more than 7 days, seek medical advice. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged skin. For external use (max 1 ml/day, i.e. 20-25 drops).
