Take 1 capsule per day with a meal. Swallow with a large glass of water. To be used as a one month cure. To be repeated during the year if necessary.

It is generally recommended to make a cure of 4 weeks maximum in a row in the critical periods where the articular mobility is strongly impacted: the entry in autumn (cooling and increased humidity) and the periods of great cold. Any use that differs from the instructions for use must be discussed with the pharmacist or doctor.
