MyOrigines account
You can create your MyOrigines account at any time.
- Click on the 'Profile' icon at the top right of the page and select 'Create an account' or go directly to the account creation page.
- Fill in the form and validate by clicking on the 'Create an account' button.
Would you like to change your contact details, your name or the email address attached to your MyOrigines Account?
Access your MyOrigines Customer Area by entering your email and password to authenticate yourself.
This will take you to your Dashboard. Click on the 'My Account' section.
Would you like to change your password to access your MyOrigines account?
Access your MyOrigines Customer Area by entering your email and password to authenticate yourself.
This will take you to your Dashboard. Click on 'My Account' and then on 'Change my password'.
Fill in the fields in the form that appears, then click on 'Save'.
Orders
Would you like to order on MyOrigines?
Create your MyOrigines account or log in directly with your email address and password.
Add the products of your choice to your shopping cart.
Once you have finished shopping, click on 'View my shopping cart' to access your summary.
Click on 'Proceed to checkout' to confirm your payment.

When your package is picked up by the carrier, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can then follow the progress of your order step by step, on the carrier's website or from your MyOrigines Customer Account.
Please note that there may be a delay between the time your package leaves our warehouse and the time it is scanned by the carrier. Don't worry, it is in good hands!

In each package you receive the latest samples!
- For a minimum order of £15, you will get 1 sample.
- For a minimum order of £45, you will get 2 samples.
- For an order of minimum £75, you will get 3 samples.
- For a minimum order of £145, you will get 4 samples.
- For a minimum order of £195, you will get 5 samples.
Samples from perfume, skincare, make-up, hair ... in the limits of available stocks.
In your shopping cart, for each item ordered, you can choose a free gift wrap.
You can also attach a short note, which will be slipped inside the package. Discover all our free services with no minimum purchase required.
Returns & Refunds
You must print and complete the withdrawal form, It is imperative to enclose it with the package. For any further information, please contact our Customer Service:

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal (in accordance with Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and to return the product(s).
All products must be returned in perfect condition, unopened, unpacked and unused, accompanied by their original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc. to the following address S.A.S DIVABOX Service Retour CS 14001 20700 Ajaccio Cedex 9
Keep a proof of deposit of your return package with the carrier. All risks related to the return of a product are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions mentioned above. Returns of products sent back after the contractual withdrawal period will not be accepted.
Don't worry! We will refund your order as soon as we receive it at our warehouse.
Please note: The deadline may be slightly extended in case of high activity.
Your request for a refund or credit will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your return.
We will inform you by email of the progress of your request.
Delivery
All our deliveries are against signature, if you are not at home at the time of the delievry, reassure you the carrier will transmit you all the necessary information to recover your parcel.

Has your order been mishandled in transit? Don't panic, you can make a return procedure.
You asked for gift wrapping in your basket and it is not included in your package?
We apologise for this error. Your parcels are prepared with the utmost care by our order pickers. If there was an unfortunate oversight in the gift wrapping, we apologise. Please send an e-mail to : info@my-origines.com so that we can send you a gift package.
You have entered the code of a gift offer in your basket and it is not included in your package?
We apologise for this error. Your packages are prepared with the greatest care by our order pickers. If your gift has been forgotten, we apologise. Please send an e-mail to : info@my-origines.com so that we can check your eligibility for the offer and return the gift to you.

You can pay for your order by credit card, Visa, Mastercard, SOFORT or by bank transfer.

Absolutely! MyOrigines has a secure payment tool, Hipay Entreprises, provided by Hipay. This solution uses cryptographic techniques and complies with the various banking regulations.
Most card payments require authentication via your banking application. At no time during your payment transaction does MyOrigines have access to your credit card number or your bank details.
The e-gift card
Did a loved one give you a MyOrigines e-gift card? How great!
An e-gift card is a payment method. In your shopping cart, scroll down to the 'Gift Card' tab. In the input field, paste the code received by email, validate by clicking on the 'Apply' button.

The e-Gift Card can be used in one or more instalments up to its amount and can be supplemented by another means of payment.
In your Customer Account, you can check your balance at any time!
This e-gift card cannot be exchanged or refunded, even partially, particularly in the event of loss or expiry.

Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, the MyOrigines e-gift card can be used at any time of the year, even during promotional periods or sales. It is a means of payment.
At the end of the validity period, the e-Card can no longer be used. The remaining balance will then be lost. The e-Card cannot be renewed or exchanged.
