Trudon unveils a new range with white luminescent attributes: Les Albâtres.
The delicate alabaster not only replaces the traditional green glass, but creates a sculptural object with a matching tray.
Used since ancient times by the Greeks, Egyptians and Romans, alabaster is a soft stone: its milky appearance is ideal for filtering light. Countless artifacts, objects and sculptures carved from alabaster are preserved in museums around the world. They all symbolize elegance, finesse and immaculate whiteness. In ancient Greece, alabaster also coined the name of a handleless vase that contained perfume (a???ast??? / alabastros).
Carved in Spain from a single block, the new containers and matching trays are unique: the veins of alabaster that run across the surface are inherently unique. Minimalist and aesthetically pleasing, a golden metal label is an even greater reminder of the history of the factory.
Glorified by the candle flame, the translucent alabaster welcomes a halo of light: with its white mineral trays, The Alabaster candle range is transformed into a unique interior accessory.
